1) Do you offer any discounts?
Who doesn’t love discounts?
Here at ArteKys we treat our customers as family members and we want to make the entire process friendly and fun! We love our customers and we are doing our best to keep you happy!

From time to time we run promotions, sales, offers, contests, and seasonal discounts. Stay tuned to our website and our social media accounts to stay informed about our latest news and promotions!



2) Do you accept custom orders? 
Of course we do! 
We actually love them!

We adore working closely with our customers and do anything we can to have them happy and stress free!

Even if you don’t have a clear idea about what you need exactly, ArteKys team is here to help you decide what fits best your requirements, taste, and budget.

The only thing you have to do is to drop us a line through our “Contact” page and within a business day, we will contact you to discuss your needs.

3) How can I pay for my order? 
You can pay for your order through PayPal, using either your balance or your debit/credit/prepaid card. 
Having a PayPal account is not mandatory as you can complete your purchase as a PayPal guest. 

PayPal is available in over 200 countries, and can convert your payment to 25 different currencies.

Your order’s currency is Euro (€) and your payment will be completed in that currency.

We also accept Bizum or Bank Trabsfer. Please contact for payment details.


4) Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide from Spain. 

The estimated time of shipping is:
⤷ EU:  1 week
⤷ Rest of the world:  1 - 2 weeks

Although our post offices seem to be working normally, please bear in mind that the pandemic might affect delivery times.


5) When will my order be shipped?
If the purchased items are not hand crafted (stock items), your order will be processed and sent within 1 to 2 working days following the day you placed it. 

In the opposite case, the time required for the completion of your order depends on its size and it varies from 1 to 10 business days.

ArteKys team will contact you within the next 24 hours following your order to update you about the exact crafting and processing times.

If needed, you will receive a digital proof with different angles to review your order before the production process begins. 

If you require a physical sample, this is possible as well but you should have in mind that you will be charged with the corresponding shipping costs. 
In this case, the actual process of your order will begin right after your final approval.


6) What are the shipping costs?
Actually, the shipping costs of an order depend on the total weight of your parcel, where you live exactly, and some other technical factors. 

You should know that we always do our best to charge the lowest shipping costs possible.

However, we do want to ensure that your goods travel safely and arrive well, which is why we choose Tracking Number Priority Mail, instead of the Standard shipping.

7) COVID-19 Pandemy Measures
Your order will be carefully packaged to safely arrive at your doorstep.
 
Our shop is smoke-free and pet-free and we take all the special measures to ensure that everything is clean and disinfected for your safety.


8) Do you accept returns and/or exchanges?
Due to the custom and hand crafted nature of our items, unfortunately, we are NOT able to accept any request for a return and/or exchange. 
However, if you receive wrong, damaged, or faulty items, please contact us at info@artekys.com as soon as possible to arrange it. 


9) How could I customize my order?
That's an easy one!
Within a business day following your order, a member of the ArteKys team will contact you to arrange the customization of your order, including fonts, colors, special requirements, wording, and anything else needed.


10) Can I have my items printed in a different language?
In most cases, yes you can.
If this is your case, please contact us BEFORE you place your order.

You should also have in mind that you should send us all the wording with its translation in order to complete your order. 
It’s also quite important to double check spelling and grammar as well.
 

11) How do I know if you received my order?
Once your order is placed and your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. 
Please check both, inbox and spam folder, for this email.
If you don’t receive the order confirmation email within 24 hours following your order, please contact us at info@artekys.com 


12) How do I know if I picked the right item for my needs?
On every individual product page you can find detailed info about the specific item, including sizing, technical details, and techniques used. 

In any case, if you have any questions at all, you can always contact us before placing your order and we will do anything possible to help you pick the right product for you.


13) What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived yet?
Once we process and dispatch your order we will send you an update through email and the tracking number of your parcel. 
You will be informed on time if we are experiencing any delays, or we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason.

If you have not received your parcel within the time mentioned above following the dispatch confirmation email, then please email us at info@artekys.com.


14) Licensing  
While you can use our creations for personal use without any limitation, you can’t use them in any way or activity where a fee is charged and the purpose is the sale of a good or service, and/or the use or activity is intended to produce a profit. 

Meaning that they can be used for a wide range of possibilities such as artistic, educational, scholarly, and personal projects that will not be marketed, promoted, or sold for any monetary gain.

You can’t also claim any artwork and/or special technique used as your own.


15) Color Disclaimer
All printers and monitors reproduce colors differently.

Various factors such as your monitor resolution, color settings, display type, lighting conditions during photoshoot, and the fact that each person sees colors differently, can all affect how the colors are displayed on the Internet.

Printed ink varies depending on the monitor, the printer, the ink quality, and the selected paper and it will differ on different paper stocks.

Consequently, actual colors may slightly vary.
